Girls and boys train separately. Small groups. Simple plan. Real coaching. Then you graduate into the main gym with confidence.
We teach the Big 3
Squat. Bench. Deadlift. These are the foundation for good form on every exercise. If you can do these correctly, you can learn anything else safely and confidently.
What this program does
You train in the pod first — not the open gym floor — so you feel confident from day one.
We coach Squat, Bench, and Deadlift so your form improves on every movement you’ll ever do.
After 21 days, you graduate with a plan and get invited into Iron Lifting Club.

How it works
Choose Girls or Boys. We place you into a small group (4–5) with a coach.
45 minutes per session: warm-up → Big 3 coaching → simple finishers.
Complete the program and you’re invited into Iron Lifting Club with confidence and a plan.
