Is this ongoing personal training?

No. This is a 6-week education-based 1-on-1 program designed to teach form and intensity quickly. Some people continue coaching after. Many don’t. There is no obligation either way.

Is this for beginners?

Yes. If you feel unsure, overwhelmed, or intimidated in the gym, this program was built for you.

What happens after the 6 weeks?

You leave with a clear understanding of how to train and a framework you can run on your own. Ongoing coaching is optional.
